DESCRIPTION OF INTERESTS

My main interest are in clinical aspects of pulmonary medicine, critical care medicine, sleep evaluation and asthma medicine. My other area of interest is evaluation and study of chronic cough. I have developed a test for hyperreactive airways disease using cold air and methachoIine challenge. I am also board certified in Sleep Medicine and am involved in the Sleep Medicine Fellowship. I have a active clinical practice in Sleep Medicine and Pulmonary Disease.

I am also involved in clinical research of treatment of pulmonary emboli and deep venous thrombosis.

I am involved in outcome studies in ICU and evaluation of x-rays in patients with atypical tuberculosis.
